1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website https://troyanosyvirus.com (hereinafter, "the Platform"), owned by RUBEN CARPI PASTOR (Tax ID 20486958F), with address in Valencia (Valencia), Spain.

The Platform is a professional Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) service that collects, analyzes and publishes security telemetry data from a distributed network of honeypot sensors. Access to and use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Authorized Use

Access to the Platform and consultation of its data is authorized for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Cybersecurity research and threat analysis
  • Prevention and defense against cyber attacks and security incidents
  • Analysis of indicators of compromise (IoC) for infrastructure protection
  • Incorporation of data in security reports with source citation
  • Academic and educational use with reference to data origin
  • Feeding defense systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM) with proper evaluation
  • The user agrees to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with applicable law.

    3. Prohibited Use

    The following is expressly prohibited and constitutes unlawful use of the Platform:

  • Using data to harass, threaten, intimidate or harm natural or legal persons
  • Doxxing: publishing or disseminating personally identifiable information derived from Platform data with intent to cause harm
  • Making accusations of criminal activity against persons or entities based solely on this Platform's data, without sufficient independent evidence
  • Performing massive, systematic or automated scraping of the website without prior written authorization
  • Reproducing, redistributing or commercializing Platform data in bulk without authorization
  • Using data for any unlawful activity, contrary to good faith or public order
  • Attempting to access restricted areas, server systems or Platform infrastructure
  • Introducing viruses, malware, harmful code or attacking the Platform
  • Impersonating other users, the website owner or any third party
  • Using data for retaliation, revenge or vigilante justice
  • The owner reserves the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

    4. Service Availability

    The owner does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. The service may be temporarily interrupted due to:

  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance tasks
  • Infrastructure or software updates
  • Force majeure or causes beyond the owner's control
  • Security incidents requiring temporary service suspension
  • The owner shall not be liable for damages arising from temporary service unavailability.

    5. Data Accuracy

    Data published on the Platform is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Users should be aware that:

  • Data comes from automated analysis of honeypot sensor telemetry
  • Automated analysis may generate false positives and false negatives
  • The presence of an IP address does not constitute proof of criminal activity nor implies liability of its owner
  • IP addresses may belong to compromised devices, proxies, VPNs, CDN networks or other intermediaries without their owners' knowledge
  • Risk scores are indicative and based on multiple automated factors
  • Data should not be used as the sole source for blocking, reporting or legal action decisions
  • Cross-referencing with other threat intelligence sources is recommended
  • The user is responsible for verifying information before making any decisions based on it.

    6. Modifications

    The owner reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Modifications will take effect from the moment of their publication on the Platform.

    Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes implies acceptance of the new Terms. Users are advised to periodically review this page.

    7. Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms of Use are governed by current Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Platform, the parties submit to the Courts of Valencia (Spain).
